Pre-Test Driving Lesson
It is highly recommended that you take a pre-test lesson before taking your driving test. Your chances of passing greatly improve as the lesson is designed around what instructors will be looking out for. Also you will perform this lesson on the driving test route of the specific testing centre you are booked for (Rathgar, Tallaght, Finglas or Raheny) Many people who pass their test claim the pre-test lesson was the deciding factor. Price is 40 euro
Top Tip: Here at DriveWell.ie we suggest you book a pre-test lesson on the day of your actual test if time allows.
Gift Tokens
Gift tokens available from 40 euro.
Car Hire For Driving Test
You can also rent a car from DriveWell.ie for your scheduled driving test. The price is 100 euro. Also included is the hour long pre-test lesson on the driving test route of the specific testing centre you are booked for (Rathgar, Tallaght, Finglas or Raheny)
How to obtain a Learner Permit
Getting your Learner Permit is a two-step process. First you must undertake a test known as the "Theory Test". This is a 40 question test in which you must answer 35 questions correct to pass. Click here for all the required information www.theorytest.ie
After you have passed & obtained your Theory Test Cert you must then go to a NDLS Training Centre. There are currently 3 centres in the Dublin area (Leopardstown Shopping Centre, Citywest Shopping Centre & Omni Park Shopping Centre) in which your photo will be taken, you will pay the 35 euro fee and then your learner permit will be posted out to you 1-2 weeks later. Please click here for all the required information: www.ndls.ie/en/learner-permit/how-to-apply.html
In order to start your 12 EDT Lessons you must have a valid Learner Permit.
